Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly process of sports equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly setting, preferably in sports equipment or related industry.
