We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Retail Shelf Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for replenishing merchandise, organizing products, and ensuring shelves are well-maintained and visually appealing for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Restock shelves and displays with merchandise according to store guidelines and inventory needs.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, facing forward, and organized to maintain an attractive and accessible shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or replenishment needs to the appropriate department.
- Perform regular checks for product quality, expiration dates, and damaged items, removing and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the store area, including sweeping, dusting, and ensuring aisles are clear.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently unload deliveries, verify incoming shipments, and store products in designated areas.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of products, using equipment safely, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or stocking role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Attention to detail, the ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items, and physical stamina to stand and bend for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills to perform inventory counts and calculations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

- Direct customers to location of articles sought
- Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
- Maintain computerized stock inventory
- Stock shelves and display areas
- Keep stock clean and in order
- Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
