Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring quality service.
- Lead and motivate staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to maintain a cohesive team.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Create and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and familiarity with POS systems.
- Understanding of financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and P&L statements.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
