Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and piping problems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform repairs, replacements, or installations of plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters according to established standards and codes.
- Utilize plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber specializing in maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues in both residential and commercial settings.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor as required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Tasks
- Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Instruct apprentices
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Supervise other workers
- Estimate costs and materials
- Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size
