Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office filing systems, organize and update records, and assist in data entry tasks.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, schedule conference rooms, and prepare meeting agendas or materials.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking, invoicing, and preparing financial documents.
- Support the office staff with clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and ensure they are distributed accurately.
- Assist in coordinating office events, including arranging logistics and providing support during events.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
