We are seeking a competent and experienced Office Administrator to join our team and undertake administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing administrative processes, and supporting staff and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Greet visitors and clients, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages).

Tasks

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
