We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily hotel activities, including front desk operations, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Manage and train staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain professional conduct.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries or complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage room assignments, reservations, and inventory to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient coordination between various hotel departments and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, rooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist in budget planning, cost control measures, and inventory management to optimize hotel operations.
  • Address staff performance issues, provide coaching and support, and conduct performance evaluations as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven experience in hotel management, including supervisory roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, MS Office suite, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
