We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and guest services team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the front office operations, including front desk, reservations, guest services, and concierge.
  • Supervise and lead the front office team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional guest service delivery.
  • Manage room reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and room assignment in coordination with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and policies, and maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, reviews, and surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the use of Property Management Systems (PMS), reservation systems, and other hotel-specific software to optimize operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in hospitality management are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hotel industry, demonstrating strong leadership and guest service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the operational needs of the hotel.
