As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to clients within their homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with mobility, transferring, and positioning as necessary.
  • Support in meal preparation, planning, and feeding based on dietary requirements.
  • Offer medication reminders and assist with medication administration as per guidelines.
  • Engage in light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
