We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee our food service operations. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Schedule and oversee staff duties, including training, mentoring, and motivating team members to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food stock to meet demand while minimizing waste.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations and workplace safety guidelines.

  • Ensure that food quality, portion control, and presentation meet established standards.

Requirements:
