Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they approach the counter.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, suggesting menu items when necessary.
  • Operate cash registers or POS systems to process payments, handle cash, and provide accurate change.
  • Prepare and serve simple food items (e.g., sandwiches, beverages) following established recipes or procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the counter, including cleaning surfaces, equipment, and organizing display areas.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Replenish and restock food items, condiments, and utensils as needed.

Requirements:
