We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including assigning duties, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
- Plan and schedule cleaning tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and timely completion of all cleaning duties.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, rooms, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and maintain records of stock and usage.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or janitorial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment used in building maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or facilities management is advantageous.
