Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations by handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, memos, and other documents using MS Office or other software as required.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accurate and timely access to information.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, or special projects by coordinating logistics and providing on-site support as needed.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing expenses, invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support various departments and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role is preferred but not required; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
