Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, address any on-site issues, and implement necessary changes to ensure project success.
  • Manage and lead construction teams, providing guidance, support, and resolving any project-related conflicts or challenges.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Additional certifications or relevant training is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and construction-related software/tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
